Maldivian President Mohamed Muizzu is more likely to face an impeachment movement quickly after the opposition Maldivian Democratic Celebration (MDP) claimed that it has sufficient signatures to file the proceedings, in line with native media.
At the least 34 members that features Parliamentarians from the MDP and the Democrats have backed the movement to question the president, mentioned experiences by Adhahdhu, a Maldivian information web site.
The newest experiences comes a day after pro-government MPs and opposition lawmakers clashed within the Maldivian Parliament over the approval of 4 members of Muizzu’s cupboard.
