Amazon India on Monday introduced the launch of a programme, Aurora, which can leverage the expertise of people with studying disabilities and supply employment to them.
The e-commerce big rolled out a profitable pilot of the programme with a non-profit Mumbai-based organisation Sol ARC in harnessing the expertise of a batch of younger adults in its supply stations in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Amazon India stated in an announcement.
In addition to hiring expertise with studying disabilities, Amazon’s programme, Aurora, may also concentrate on constructing groundwork and help mechanisms, resembling rising worker consciousness and galvanizing staff to be allies to these with studying disabilities.
