I just want tro know how would i read to find out on how to be a family laywer

First I want you to know that I have some knowledge about limatations, but this situation has been going on for some time I’ve wrote and E-mail everyone from congress to my senitors to my city government. In may of 2002 at fort Hood I corut martialed without being given a mental evaluation and I spent 90 days in confinment before being given a dishornable discharge after 18 years of service, all this came about after I was promoted to the grade of sergeant first class and the orders where never given to to me so I refused to go on any more deployments until the orders were given to me it never happen also my court appointed atterny told me to sign a document skipping the artical 32 hearings now the army refuses to give me my updated copy of my DD 214 showing my many awards and decoration not to mention combat deployments. I want my records cleared,Hornable discharge,retirement+back pay at sergeant first class retro 1997 when i made the list and money for being wrongfully imprisioned.

i need to talk to a lawyer about what happen to my friend she was disceranted againts at a retirment home as a volonteer please some one help us
